A nice Bogdan Model 2 salmon reel, 3 3/4″ diameter and set up for RHW. It weighs 13.4 ounces on my scale. Good used condition with rash concentrated in the “resting place” on the frame edges and general cosmetic wear throughout. Warm champagne anodized frame and spool with black anodized sideplates. The crank handle is silver anodized as are the foot, poacher’s knob, Bogdan nameplate, oil port cover, and the drag adjuster frame. “No. 2” is stamped on the side of the foot. The reel has the famous Bogdan double brake drag system and a 2:1 multiplying retrieve. The reel packs into a brown leather drawstring pouch with an external snap pouch sewn onto it. A very nice model for mid-size spey rods.
