Rotating Hackle Pliers are built to deliver precise control when wrapping hackle on parachute patterns. The flat bottom sits tight to the hook shank, enabling clean, close-to-the-shank wraps. With continued use, your speed and consistency improve, producing repeatable results. The pliers-end rotates on its own shaft to maintain correct tension without pressing on the hackle, letting you adjust tension on the fly and lock in a neat, even wrap.

Flat bottom design enables wrapping hackle very close to the hook shank on parachute patterns.
Self-rotating pliers-end maintains even tension without compressing the hackle.
Designed for fly tying applications and compatible with standard parachute setups.
Rugged construction and a comfortable grip support extended tying sessions.

Use on parachute hackle projects, emergers, and other fly tying tasks that require precise, near-shank wraps. The rotating mechanism minimizes hand strain, while the flat bottom keeps each turn aligned with the hook for clean, repeatable results.
