A Gilmore Intercoastal series X425 fly reel, approximately 4″ in diameter and set up for RHW. The reel appears mint and unused. The Gilmore intercoastal series was designed to be highly configurable with options including anti-reverse, direct drive, and various large arbors and retrieve directions all changeable with a minimum of fuss and tooling. This version is set up for direct drive but comes with a conversion kit to change it to anti-reverse. The reel is black anodized throughout and features a dual disc drag system. It weighs 10.7 ounces on my scale and is built to hold a #12 line with capacity for 285 yards of 20# backing. The reel packs into the original black neoprene pouch and box (the boxtop corners are slightly ripped in one place) while the conversion kit comes in a separate original box.
